Baked Potato Casserole

5lb bag potatoes
lots of butter
16 oz sour cream
8 oz shredded cheese
chives
lots of real bacon bits

Peel and cube potatoes. Boil until they're "baked potato" soft. Drain and spread evenly in a 13x9 inch baking dish. Quickly slather a layer of butter then sour cream. Top with shredded cheese, chives and bacon bits. The quicker you go, the better the cheese will melt. It's ready to serve! Complete and utter yumminess!!!
